Comprehensive Benefits
All CTCI employees can enjoy all Company
benefits. In according to holidays and retirement
for workers as indicated by regulations at each
operational location, we also have various job-
retention without pay measures for employees
who need them. The Company has established
"Maternity Leave without Pay" policies according
to Workplace Gender Equality Regulation and
the "Maternity Leave without Pay Policies"
announced by authorities. In terms of group
insurance, the Company covers for the total
amount of health insurance, accident insurance,
and work-related enjuries insurance. Employees
can also select insurance policies of their choice,
and the Company would cover for 60%. To attract
and retain talent, the Company has commenced
"employee stock options". Employees can
join the employee stock option trust fund,
and a percentage of their salaries and year-
end bonuses would go toward this fund. The
Company would allocate 30% as bonus based
on the amount of allocation from the employees,
but this is not counted toward retirement or
resignment fund. In 2016, we have raised the
bonus to 50% and eased the conditions for
joining, and the number of participants had grown
from 1666 from 1294 employees. The Company
gives out bonuses for holidays, birthday bonus,
childbirth funds, and also gives consolation funds
for hospitalization, critical illnesses, and deaths.
The Company has also established clear-cut
procedures to finance employees with needs
regarding to learning languages, professional
training, taking examinations for certification,
continuing education, and externships.

Holidays and retirement
● According to the Labor Standard Act.
Standard leave without pay
● Those who are ill or assigned to receive training by the Company can apply for leave without pay.
Maternity leave without pay
● After serving on a position for 6 months, an employee can apply for leave without pay for each child under
the age of three and during which the spouse of the employee is also working, until the child turns 3 years
old, but cannot exceed 2 years.
● Those who have more than 2 children, the duration of maternity leave without pay should be consolidated,
and the longest of which cannot exceed 2 years for taking care of the youngest child.
Group insurance
● For those who need to undertake studies due to the nature of their work or participate in training or
internship programs due to their work or on-the-job training, the Company will not only provide salaries but
also financial aids if the duration exceeds 6 weeks.
Stock option
● "CTCI Engineering Corp Employee Stock Option Committee was established" to handle employee stock trust
funds.
Language training
● TOEIC training aid: 50% of cost of each actual training session will be provided and there are no limitations
on the number of provision. Maximum aid is NTD 12,000.
● TOEIC exam aid: the first time an employee applies for aid related to TOEIC examination fees, the date of the
test should be after the employee has joined the Company. There are no limitations on test results. For the
second time (inclusive), the test results need to exceed the last TOEIC standard that was obtained. There are
no limitations on the number of aids that could be provided. For those whose TOEIC test results have met
the requirement of Deputy Head Engineer in the Company, aids will no longer be provided.
Professional training
● For employees that are selected to go on short-term professional training as required by their positions, all
training fees would be paid by the Company if the training is no longer than 6 weeks.
PMP' Project Management
(PMP) Certification
● The Company will sponsor certification exam fees and the annual fee of PMI Association for the first year for
NTD 12,000.
Continuing Education
● For those that are selected to study in domestic or overseas educational institutions as required by their
positions, all academic and miscellaneous expenses as well as dissertation aids will be sponsored by the
Company for the duration of the studies.
● Up to the end of 2015, 50 individuals that were recommended to study toward EMBA degrees by the
Company had graduated from the program.

also financial aids if the duration exceeds 6 weeks.
