Fair Compensations
CTCI highly values employee compensations and benefits.
OCTCI highly values employee compensations and benefits.
Only do we promise to provide higher compensations than
the local lowest-wage standard, we also strive to be fair both
internally, externally, and to individuals. In terms of internal
equality, the Company designs the compensation structure
based on competencies and position. This compensation
structure would be applied to all employees regardless
of gender. Additionally, CTCI incorporates compensations
with performance to motivate our employees, and also
incorporates Company overall performance, departmental
performance and individual performance, in order to achieve
individual equality. The Company assesses compensations
and adjusts salaries annually, based on market rates and
individual performances. In terms of external equality, the
Company has commissioned professional consultancies to
investigate compensations and benefits and to understand
the market rates, and to analyze the job market environment,
as basis for the design of the compensation packages.
From a perspective of maintaining a healthy workplace,
the Company has never forced workers to overwork and
does not encourage working after hours. Those who work
overtime are all given overtime payments accordingly. To
strengthen the comprehensiveness of management of the
overtime system, if an employee has to work over time, he/
she should apply for overtime beforehand and attain approval
from his/her supervisor. This will allow for more consensus
and negotiations between supervisors and our employees.
Currently, compensations for male colleagues still exceed that
of female colleagues. This is because there are more senior
male colleagues.
