CTCI HSE Management Department sets appropriate
annual objectives with reference to the safety, health and
environmental management system, and routinely tracks
results of implementations. Thereafter, the Department also
offers results to each management level to aid in decision-
making in resource-allocations, and to serve as references in
setting next year's targets.
