Educational Training and Career Development
CTCI thinks that the development of an employee should
be both external and internal, and establishing a quality
environment for personnel cultivation will be the key to
the Company's sustainability. We greatly believe that only
through establishing a corporate culture that promotes
continuous learning can we truly enhance the Company's
competitiveness. In terms of enhancing the quality of
employees, the Company's implementation rate of annual
enhancement plan was set at 95%, and the implementation
rate for enhancing professional capability was set at 92%.
Hence, in the process of talent cultivation, besides setting
individual development plans for each employee, we also
continue to focus on enhancing managerial competency,
mentoring structure, and 'CTCI Academy,' our online learning
platform. In terms of fostering managerial competency,
we have also planned courses that could strengthen the
leadership skills in our management, and host strategic
development consensus meeting, in which our management
would communicate and share opinions pertaining to the
Company's future development and strategies, so that CTCI
can work toward our objectives of sustainable operations. In
addition to enhancing leadership skills and consensus in the
Company's development and strategies, we can also bring
forth leadership visions and thinking through inspirations
from external lecturers. Through establishing individual
development plans for those primed to assume key positions,
not only can we promote our colleagues to enhance their
own knowledge, skills and attitude, they can also establish
ways for development through training, experience, honing
in on their strengths, and singling out needed skills by
communicating with workplace mentors and based on their
own advantages and disadvantages. This will enhance our
overall employee competitiveness and a win-win result for the
development of our employees and the Company, as well as
construe a work environment that is not constrained and has
boundless opportunities for growth. Since the administration
of the CTCI headquarters is contracted and assumed by
external professional property management company. Hence,
besides basic task training, each security personnel is also
trained for visions of human rights, and routinely instructs
"Standardized Procedures for Trespass from Unidentified
Personnel," "Standardized Procedures for Dealing with Crowd
Demonstration," "Timing and Steps of Performing CRP," and
"Manners Education" courses during educational training.
Since the official launch of the CTCI Knowledge
Management (KM) System in 2006, this year marks the
10th year of the system. Under significant support from the
Company and our colleagues, the KM system has played
a crucial supporting role for CTCI's globalized operations
and is not constrained by national borders, time difference
and is on 24-hour standby. Whether at office, on business
trip, or working domestically or overseas, at any time or any
place, every colleague in CTCI could access the knowledge
database through internet. Since 2011, the new knowledge
management system has been updated and offers new
functions. To enhance user-friendliness, the new version
not only supports existing functions, but also carries new
functions such as reinforced interaction and knowledge
community.
