the corporate culture were gradually rolled out. To achieve
the aforementioned vision, principles, and mission, we
attracted professional talents through diversified recruitment
channels to form a unified professional team that provides
high-quality technical service. This has become the most
important issue to CTCI's sustainable operations. Total number
of employees in 2015 was 3,379, and under the constraint of
CTCI's industry's characteristics, our female to male employee
ratio had been 1: 3.3. In terms of age distribution, most of
the employees fell in the 30-50 years old range. In terms
of types of employment, at 76.6%, most of our employees
were engineers, and the second most common had been
coordinators at 16.0%. 56.5% of the employees had worked
at CTCI for over 5 years, and almost 80% of our employees
had held college degrees or above. As for our new recruits,
in 2015 we had hired 477 new entrants, reaching 14.1% of all
CTCI employees, and the ratio of male recruits had exceeded
females. 48.6% of the new recruits were young and under 30
years old, and most of them were in engineering positions at
64.1%.
