CTCI's Value Chain
CTCI's major clientele range from oil
extraction, petroleum, chemical, power
supply, infrastructure, environmental
engineering, steel, furnace, warehousing,
and biochemical pharmaceuticals etc., and
strives to develop in diversified manner
rather than being constrained to one field.
The services that we offer are to turn
owners's facility construction demands into
engineering blueprints (including design
and construction drawings) through various
professional engineering personnel, and
then to further incorporate partner firms to
complete the construction project according
to the construction drawing. During facility
construction, we maintain our expertise
to all material and equipment supplies,
construction standards and specifications to
ensure that we meet the client's requirement
and could deliver before the deadlines
stated in the contract. Ours is an industry
that has a very high barrier to entry.
The services that we primarily offer
to our clients are feasibility analysis,
planning, design, procurement, equipment/
material supplies, and construction and
test drive. Our upstream industry consist
of owners with construction needs, while
contracted engineering service companies
are midstream (this is where CTCI is), and
downstream are facilitator firms (such as
material and equipment suppliers and
construction companies, which are all
partern firms to CTCI).
