As a global contracted engineering company, CTCI has
accumulated 8,189 suppliers internationally from 2013-
2015. Besides strengthening our competitiveness in project
management, we are also dedicated to sustainable supply
chain management. When dealing with various major
construction projects and hundreds of downstream vendors,
CTCI has already developed a set of procedures to manage
vendors' operations and products from suppliers: through the
stringent supply chain management procedures listed below,

Sustainable Supply Chain Management
we truthfully disclose information pertaining to our accepted
rights and obligations and only allow qualified vendors to
receive contracts to engineering projects at the front-end.
While at the back-end, our staff will inspect vendor products
and operations from time to time.
CTCI treats every detail in every engineering project with
meticulous care. Prior to signing contracts with suppliers and
contractors, we will fully explain about the content of the job,
specifications, timeframe, and safety so that vendors can
fully understand the scope of the operations and the risks
involved. During contract signing, we will clearly state the
payment amount, payment conditions, responsibilities of both
parties, rights and obligations, and fines in the contract as
basis for the vendors to fulfill their obligations. The Company
has also established vendor payment verification system,
in which every vendor can utilize to check on the payment
status of each invoice.
