CTCI's professional talents are diverse
and varied, and we have experts from many
disciplines including mechanical, electrical,
chemical, civil engineering, and business
administration. The Company's employee
selection strategy is not to poach from other
companies, but rather, to attract graduates
from engineering colleges through offering
comprehensive educational training courses.
Since we value the breadth and depth of
talent cultivation and we emphasize on
continuous employee learning and growth,
in recent years CTCI's talent cultivation plan,
besides rapid globalization, is also dedicated
on strengthening employees' engineering
expertise, management skills, language
skills, and a broad international perspective.
Over 90% recruitment rate of local residents
can be noticed in overseas affiliates.
This shows that CTCI offers employment
opportunities throughout the world, and
has made significant contributions to the
development of local communities. We
