Health Monitoring and Promotions
Prevention is more effective than cure,
hence comprehensive and systematic
healthcare management is the cornerstone to
promoting a healthy workplace. To encourage
our staff to undertake routine health checkup,
not only does the Company inspects healthcare
checkup items offered by contracted hospitals
annually, we also provide NTD 1,500 healthcare
checkup expense to each person on an annual
basis. If an employee is unable to undergo
health checkup because he/she was too
busy, that expense would be saved into the
person's personal health checkup account.
A person could accumulate 3 years' worth of
expense at the most, and could be used all at
once. Annual routine health checkup diagnosis
implementation rate is 100%, and in the future,
we hope to raise the rate of taking the health
checkup to 35% and to lower absentee rate
to 9%. Through yearly health checkup, we
can monitor the health and physiological
conditions of our employees and lower the risk
of occupational diseases from occurring.
