Health Services and Facilities
CTCI is committed to constructing a healthy and
friendly work environment. Because to CTCI, only through
having healthy and happy employees can we truly grow
sustainably as a Company. In 2011, CTCI has formed an inter-
departmental Health Promotion Team chaired by the General
Administration Department Supervisor, and is devoted to
planning and carrying out health promotional activities, to
building a healthy workplace, and to facilitate employees
to accumulate accurate perspectives on healthy lifestyle.
In order to construct an even more healthy workplace. The
Company has been providing onsite nurses and doctors for
employees in-need since 2012. Moreover, a Health Center
has been officially established in 2013, as part of carrying out
our promise of "employees are the most valuable assets" in
practice. The Health Center provides comprehensive, fitting
medical resources and healthcare to our colleagues so that
our employees can work and develop happily in a superior
and healthy workplace. A health management system was
established in 2014, which is a health promotion plan that
has been designed to undertake 4 primary aspects of
service, including healthcare, health monitoring, individual
management and service, and environmental safety and
health for diverse groups. Additionally, we also collaborate
with external resources such as the Taipei City Government's
Department of Health, Shilin Healthcare Center, affiliated
medical centers and hospitals to provide a platform that offers
medical information to our colleagues and to construct a
comprehensive healthcare network.
