Primary Scope of Service
For many years, CTCI has participated in various domestic and overseas projects and specializes
in various fields, including oil refinement, petrochemical and specialized chemical engineering, steel,
electricity and cogeneration, storage and shipping, chemicals, environmental engineering, waste
incinerator engineering, transportation engineering, and air pollution preventions and more. We offer
the most professional engineering services to our clients.

Petroleum Refining
Refineries include many facilities,
including: crude distillation unit (CD),
catalytic reforming unit, residue oil
conversion unit, vacuum distillation unit,
hydrogen refinery, hydrodesulfurization
unit, alkylation unit, hydrocrackers,
base oil, isomerization, fuel oil
hydrodesulfurization, sulfur recovery
unit, and more.

Petrochemical
Processing
CTCI has partaken in the construction
of various petrochemical plants,
for instance, naphtha crackers,
aromatic hydrocarbons, propane
dehydrogenation, olefin conversion,
polyethylene, synthetic rubber, pure
terephthalic acid, butadience, ethylene
glycol, Caprolactam, Methanol,
Acetaldehyde, Acrylamide, styrene,
phenolics, polystyrene, and more.

Metal Mills
Since the founding of the company,
CTCI has been committed to
constructing steel plants. Besides the
design and engineering of various
pipelines, the most important part
of a steel plant - the blast furnace -
is also built by CTCI. Subsequently,
we have also undertaken the blast
furnace renovation project, which is
even more complex and difficult than
building a new one. In recent years,
CTCI has continued to participate
in the construction of steel plants,
plant expansions, and took part in the
construction of sintering plants and
oxygen plants. We will also partner
with overseas equipment vendors to
expand to the overseas markets.

Electricity and
Cogeneration
CTCI has participated in the
engineering projects of nuclear, public
and private thermal power plants,
cogeneration, and the construction of
a combined-cycle power plant both
domestically and overseas, and has
also achieved significant results in
terms of the construction of various
specialized pipelines and facilities.

Storage and Terminals
Over the years, CTCI has undertaken
various construction projects of
storage tanks, and has achieved
great results for petroleum plants,
petrochemical plants, LNG terminals,
and others. What's worth mentioning is
that CTCI has accumulated significant
experiences in terms of LNG terminals,
and our clientele range from CPC
Corporation, Taiwan, CNOOC in China,
to Petronet in India, to name a few.
