Within the
Organization
The timeframe of the information disclosed in this report covers CTCI's various operations and
statistical performance from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2015, in areas ranging from operational management,
environmental protection and social participation. The scope of this report primarily covers CTCI
Corporation and its subsidiaries are not included within the scope of disclosure. Part of the
information also includes CTCI's overseas operations. Currently, CTCI subsidiaries including KD
Holding Corporation and Advanced Control & Systems Inc. already release their own CSR Reports.

External scope of disclosure include supply chain/contractors, clients, community, investors, and the
government.
Investigation
Internal investigations
The information and statistics found in this Report were collected and compiled by our employees
from various departments. They were first verified by departmental supervisors, and then confirmed
by the Reporting Team. Concurrently, we also commissed external consulting team to offer
suggestions for improvements. After all the data and statistics were fully prepared, they were
individually read by managers from each department, and then finally verified by our President. The
information and statistics in this Report were all established upon standardized format as part of our
internal control to ensure that the numbers and the quality of the information are reliable.
External
investigations
The financial data found in this Report are financial Annual Report information audited by CPA
in Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) and were calculated in NTD. The parts about environmental
management system (ISO 14001), quality management system (ISO 9001), Occupational Health and
Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS 18001, CNS 15506) and the information pertaining to sustainability
found in this Report have all been verified by British Standards Institution (BSI Taiwan).
