Nurturing Talents
Besides offering channels for internal
educational training, CTCI also recruits internal
senior engineers and senior management to
serve as lecturers in engineering department
at colleges, to share engineering practices
externally with the academia. Moreover, CTCI also
offers corporate visit and internship opportunities
to engineering majors and students interested in
engineering, in order to breach the gap between
the engineering industry and the academia. In
terms of scholarship, we offer financial aid to
underprivileged students who are interested in
studying toward engineering, so that they may
have a better chance to learn. Starting 2011, we
offer funding for 12 individuals, for whom we
would provide NTD 40,000 to 50,000 in financial
aid. In 2016, we plan to expand the number of
our funding recipients so that more engineering
majors may benefit.
