Corporate Volunteering
To carry out our corporate social responsibility (CSR) in
practice, CTCI always strives to promote and to partake in
social and welfare events. Our efforts have received wide
recognition. To further unify our employees' effort and to
encourage their participation in social welfare events and
to serve as volunteers to help out disadvantaged or charity
groups, in order to foster a spirit of lending a helpful hand
to others, we have established a "Protocols to Manage
Sponsorship for Employee Participation in Welfare and
Volunteer Events." This is to encourage our employees
to commit themselves to volunteer activities in their free
time and to help those in need, and to actively participate
in charitable causes with the Company. According to this
Protocol, employees can propose to sponsor disadvantaged
groups, and costs associated with participating in welfare and
volunteer activities will be subsidized by the Company.
